If you’re an A$AP fan, Rocky to be specific, then you are in luck, because A$AP Rocky has just released the drop date of his new album.
After being leaked a couple of weeks ago Rocky confirmed that his sophomore album, At. Long. Last. A$AP, will drop on May 12. The rapper confirmed the release date via Billboard in their newest cover story, where he also confessed that Mark Ronson will contribute to the record as well as Mos Def, aka Yasiin Bey.
There isn’t much information about the album just yet, but we do know that it’s executive produced by Juicy J and the late A$AP Yams. The album’s title is also reverse engineered as a makeshift acronym for “Allah”.
According to XXL Magazine, A$AP Mob member A$AP Ferg has stated that Rocky’s album is going to be really good.
”Rocky album is sounding crazy,” he said. “It sound like Rocky sound, but to the 10th power, so imagine what that sounds like. Everything you love when we all first came out on the scene, times 10.”
The anticipation of the Harlem native’s follow up to his debut Long.Live.A$AP has been brewing since October when “Multiply” first dropped. As well as last month when he announced the album. Personally, I can not wait until this album drops, because I have a good feeling that 2015 is going to be the year for classic albums.
